1. The service

Image to 3D Model converts images you upload into 3D models using AI. Output quality depends on the input image; results are generated automatically and may vary.

2. Accounts & credits

You need an account to generate models. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and do not expire. Credits for failed generations are refunded automatically to your balance.

3. Your content & ownership

You must own or have the right to use images you upload. You retain all rights to your uploaded images and to the 3D models generated from them, including commercial use.

We claim no ownership over your outputs; we store them only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts identifiable private individuals without consent. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service (including automated bulk use beyond your credits).

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any particular image will produce a usable model. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
