1. Reporting infringement

If you believe content generated or stored through our service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our contact email including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL or job ID of the allegedly infringing content, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, plus your physical or electronic signature.

2. Our response

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the identified content, and notify the account holder.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact and signature requirements. We may restore content 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the claimant files a court action.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
