Refund Policy

1. Failed generations

If a generation job fails, the credits it consumed are refunded to your balance automatically — no action needed.

2. Unused credit packs

You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata at the pack's per-credit price, minus payment processing fees, at our discretion.

3. Quality concerns

AI output varies with input images, so we can't refund based on subjective quality alone. If you believe a result is defective (corrupt file, missing textures), email us with the job ID and we'll refund the credits or fix it.

4. How to request

Email us with your account email and, if applicable, the Stripe receipt or job ID. Refunds to the original payment method are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
